The Relaxation Lounge

 

The Relaxation Lounge is a directory of relaxation practices that women (or men) can easily implement into their day to lower their stress.

As I mentioned, all the practices on the mobile app will be short and sweet – 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 minutes.

My goal is to provide busy women practices that they can do quickly.
